The Claudia Thompson Rainbow Unicorn Society was started to assist individuals with a membership purchase to attend Keycon.
Financial assistance is available to individuals who have had their lives touched by cancer and who wish to attend Keycon. An essay is required to apply for funding which can be mailed to the address below.
Claudia was born on September 22 1969. She passed away due to complications of cancer on August 22 2021.
Claudia had a life long affinity to fantasy and science fiction and was the best of us. She was prolific in her desire to help everyone.
She left behind friends and family who were all touched by her kindness and her laugh.

Must be double spaced.
Must be a minimum of 500 words.
A minimum of two winners will be chosen, more if purchased memberships will allow.
Essays must be received the latest January 15th.
Winners will be notified by email by February 1.
Only winners will be contacted via email.
All essays will be destroyed and no personal information is kept or used.
If a winner does not respond to the email sent to them by February 15 they will be disqualified.
If the winner is disqualified it is up to our discretion if another winner is chosen.
Funding is intended for those who struggle financially, please do not apply otherwise.
Funding will only be provided for an individual once.
Submitting multiple essays will result in disqualification.
Essays must be in English only.
If an essay is received with incomplete responses or does not meet the requirements then the essay will be discarded and not considered.
There is no cash value, a weekend membership will be purchased in your name and will be available at the Keycon registration booth.
Winners will be chosen by Ericka Peresky at their sole discretion
Membership permits us to continue to sponsor individuals to Keycon. Membership can be purchased by sending your dues to the address below or during the Annual General Meeting which is held on the Monday evening after Keycon. Memberships expire on May 31 of each year. More members means that more individuals can be sponsored.
Individual Memberships are available for an annual cost of $5 and is not pro-rated.
Family Memberships are available for an annual cost of $10 and is not pro-rated.
Corporate Memberships are available for an annual cost of $20 and is not pro-rated and includes a link to your company website.
